Is Bread Good for You?
Bread is basically flour, yeast and water.
Although bread has been around for thousands of years, this doesn’t make it any better for you the way it is made now. It is full of gluten, wheat and starch all of which are known allergens, intolerance foods and sensitive foods.
Bread is a major food to avoid if you are attempting to lose weight, except in small quantities (2 slices per day is acceptable).
Although it can be hard getting used to living with less bread in your diet, you will be far better off for it. Some alternatives are rice crackers, oats for breakfast, veg and meat dishes instead of sandwiches and wraps if you still love that taste of bread.
TO help with losing weight you must include some of these exercises:
- Swimming
- Boxing
- Running
- HIIT
- Bodyweight training
- Resistance training
Don’t just rely on your diet to do all the work for you.
